Senior Strength & Conditioning

An introduction to barbell strength training for those 50 years of age and up. Trainees will learn how to perform the basic barbell exercises safely and effectively in order to become stronger, more robust and durable, and better able to deal with the effects of aging. Supplementary strength and conditioning exercises will be introduced as warranted.
No prior barbell experience necessary. Open to men and women.
2X week = $155.71 (plus GST) for 12 classes
3X week = $233.49 (plus GST) for 18 classes
