Hi my name is Shannon Ostapowich. I first arrived at adrenaline strength and conditioning to attend the ladies strength classes. At the time I was an avid runner but rarely set foot inside a gym by the end of the session I was hooked. I gave up running and focussed solely on weight training. In 2017 I competed in the physique category and a body building competition. In 2018 I became a SPRA small group fitness instructor and started teaching ladies strength and swass with Jill Hanson. With encouragement from Derek and Jill I recently started my own class First Lifts in the fall of 2019, catering to the fifty plus’ers our there. It’s never too late to start. I love seeing the pride on clients faces doing and accomplishing things they not thought possible.
