Doubles WOD is designed to be completed with a partner but does not discriminate for those solo.
What to expect:
You will have the allotted time of the class (30 or 45 min) pending which day you attend) to complete the workout. This class has both a Strength and conditioning component however is slightly more conditioning based.
You can expect *AMRACS (as many rounds as you can) *max calories or km’s combined on conditioning machines *pyramid strength exercises *conditioning circuits.
For those attending solo the workout will be adjusted to accommodate objective of that days class. Ie: KB swings: as a duo you need complete 300 reps total versus as an individual you need to compete 150 reps.
