This 30 min 6 person maximum class is designed as a resistance based high intensity interval training class...(HIIT) 

 

You will be using anything and everything form kettlebells/barbells/dumbbells/bands/medballs/skiing ropes/bikes/rowers/battle ropes/prowlers/sleds/tires/plyo boxes and anything else I can get my hands on!

 

I am going to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning! Our goal in this class is to burn calories, improve cardiovascular conditioning and increase muscular stength and endurance.  

 

I will push you past what you ever thought you were capabale of and be there for every rep...
