What is The Nooner? It is a strength endurance class that will push you past your limits. Strength is the ability to lift heavy weights, whereas strength endurance is the ability to lift for a high number of reps at a given weight. The Nooner varies with AMRAP or given sets to complete in 30 minutes that are in acircuit style using barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells and bodyweight. Every Monday will be upper body focused and Friday's we will blast legs! It is meant to push you that one extra rep or round, or two, or three..
