Obstacle Course Class

Looking for a new challenge this year? Come and join trainers Jill and Lyndsay as we prepare for upcoming obstacle courses country wide this spring/summer/fall. We will be offering weekly group training sessions combining one of our favorite things (strength training) with conditioning to help get you as physically and mentally prepared as possible.
Classes will run 1 day a week on alternating Wednesdays & Fridays. Dates are as follows:


March 9, 14,23, 28
April 6, 11, 20, 25
May 4, 9, 18, 23


4:45-5:30 PM


Option a: 12 classes $249 +tax
Option b: 6 classes $149 +tax




Once you purchase either 6 or 12 classes be sure to register through the Mindbody app for each individual date of the class you would like to attend.  Classes may fill up fast.


Regular punch passes cannot be used for this class.
