Men's Strength Class
Living in a world where there is such an emphasis on female body dysmorphia, the struggle for men gets brushed under the carpet. Just like Moms/women, Dads/men deserve to feel good about themselves too.
This class has a primary focus on strength through a combination of compound lifts and accessory work with a small component of conditioning to finish off the session.
Tuesday and Thursday 6-7 am
