Dream Team with Kyra Fiacco.
Dream Team focuses on accountability and team work. Its a fun, team-oriented 30 minute full body conditioning class. You can take on the challenge solo or participate in teams of 2 - 4 to collectively complete a high rep, intense, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Dream Team will include a variety of movements such as tire flips, jumping, rowing, biking, battling ropes, kettlebells, barbells and your bodyweight. Team/partner workouts are a great way to push you out of your comfort zone and focus on team mindset rather than individual finess. Remember, team work makes the dream work!
