We don't measure our worth by the size of our waist. We don't assess out assets by how big our ass is. Our goals don't expire after 6, 8, 12 weeks. We train for a look. We train for a shape. We embrace our perfect imperfections. We lift strong in the gym so we can lift strong in life....... What to EXPECT
Welcome to a plae where strong women unite in a journey of breaking stereotypes and looking good while doing it! Classes are approx 45m. We begin with a dynamic warm-up. Workout is placed on whiteboard, outlining each exercise, sets and reps. Trainers demonstrate ensuring you understand what muscle group you are working and stressing the importance of form over weight. Each class is low pace circuit style with high intensity attitudes. Everyone lifts at THEIR own pace therefore we don't care who finishes first or second or last... All that matters is that YOU FINISH. There is no 30 second countdown, clock beep or buzzer that's going to tell you to STOP. You don't finish because the board tells you too... You finish because YOU ARE done. Once your lifts are complete 99% of classes end with a metabolic finisher which is never the same thing twice...and you always leave loving us for it! Each registration consists of nutritional guidance, recommended conditioning and a pluther of additional information to ensure you understand why we train for a lifestyle of sustainability, not quick fixes! We are not here to make you physically skinny... Rather we strive to make you mentally STRONG and to us STRONG is beautiful and comes in all shapes and sizes!
